Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Marketing Experience Manager in Beverly Hills to plan and execute in-store activations and localized campaigns that strengthen the brand and drive ROI.

You will lead end-to-end event production, coordinate with Selling Managers and Corporate Events, and build partnerships with local nonprofits and corporate entities to increase store visibility and sales.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in brand marketing, event planning, public relations, or retail marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
• Proven track record of coaching individuals or teams to operational excellence and presenting metrics at executive level.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a focus on ROI.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute local activations, in-store events, trunk shows, and brand experiences.
• Manage end-to-end event production including scheduling, communications, production, and ROI evaluation.
• Cultivate community relationships with local philanthropic organizations and corporate partners.
• Drive marketing KPIs with clear selling goals and measurable short/long-term impact.
• Own the seasonal marketing and events calendar and the store marketing budget.
• Lead content and copywriting for localized marketing collateral and direct communications.
• Lead social media campaigns and localized email communications.
• Spearhead CSR initiatives with Human Resources and cross-functional teams.
