Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to enhance relationship selling and client retention at the Brickell City Centre location. You will lead store branding, events, and community partnerships while driving sales KPIs.

You will report to the General Manager and work on-site with the store team. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and experience presenting to executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams
• Ability to synthesize data to determine relevant actions
• Experience presenting at the executive level
• Proficiency with tools including social media, google suite, Tableau, and CONNECT

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed action plans for store events and manage execution with managers and teams
• Manage event scheduling, budgeting, communications, production, and reporting
• Plan seasonal events calendar across Market/Metroplex with brand partners
• Partner with Regional Director to create seasonal strategies to support business
• Develop community relationships with philanthropic organizations and corporate partners
• Engage with clients to support client development efforts
• Monitor Client Relationship KPIs and drive initiatives with store leadership
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with top clients for PCR programs
• Collaborate with GM and store leaders to achieve MVC health and targets
• Analyze weekly store performance and adjust strategy as needed
