Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Execution to lead strategic programs that span regions and functions. You will establish governance, roadmaps, and tools to enable consistent execution across the organization and drive measurable outcomes.

In this role you will partner with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Operations, IT, and Analytics to connect strategy to action, remove barriers, and ensure timely delivery of scalable programs with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex marketing programs across regions and business units.
• Ability to develop program roadmaps, governance, risks, decisions, and engagement plans.
• Proven capability to drive adoption and measure outcomes across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex marketing programs and transformation initiatives across regions and units.
• Develop integrated roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-workstream execution and ensure alignment on objectives and timing.
• Provide hands-on support, remove barriers, escalate decisions, and maintain sponsor visibility.
• Design standard work for marketing activities, templates, and playbooks.
• Establish governance cadence, reporting, and leadership updates.
