Enable regional and functional teams to apply consistent ways of working while accommodating documented business or market requirements. Maintain a controlled repository and ensure standards, tools, and supporting materials remain current, accessible, and usable.
Create a governance cadence to monitor adoption, exceptions, program health, process performance, risks, and business outcomes. Establish steering forums, working‑team rhythms, decision pathways, and executive reporting that reinforce transparency and accountability. Define program KPIs and reporting frameworks to track progress, adoption, delivery performance, and value realization. Prepare concise leadership updates with key accomplishments, decisions required, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions.
Facilitate cross‑functional process design and continuous‑improvement workshops, simplifying handoffs and removing duplication, delays, and execution risk. Partner with process owners and subject‑matter experts to translate improvement opportunities into prioritized initiatives and sustainable implementation plans. Benchmark practices and sponsor improvements that increase productivity, transparency, scalability, and customer impact. Promote a continuous‑improvement mindset by using data, stakeholder feedback, and lessons learned to strengthen program delivery.
Lead change management through stakeholder alignment, communications, capability building, and coaching so regional teams consistently apply agreed ways of working. Develop adoption strategies, communication plans, training materials, and leader engagement approaches for new programs and operating practices. Monitor adoption and stakeholder readiness, identify resistance or capability gaps, and coordinate targeted interventions. Build strong relationships across a matrixed organization and influence decisions without relying on direct authority.
Identify automation and AI opportunities that simplify work, improve decision visibility, reduce manual effort, and strengthen scalability. Partner with Marketing Operations, IT, Digital, and Analytics teams to define business requirements and prioritize technology‑enabled improvements. Support implementation and adoption of tools and workflows that improve marketing planning, execution, governance, and measurement.
