Job summary

Pos Service Holland is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support US marketing initiatives across customer marketing, sales enablement, and events. You will help manage trade shows, collateral coordination, and email campaigns to ensure timely, on-brand delivery.

You will coordinate timelines, approvals, and vendor communications while maintaining organized marketing files and ensuring templates and brand guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3+ years in a marketing coordinator or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of US marketing initiatives across customer marketing, sales enablement, and events.
• Execute day-to-day activities related to the U.S. trade media plan, including asset delivery, placement tracking, vendor communication, and invoice verification support.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and handoffs across stakeholders.
• Assist with trade show preparations including booth materials and shipment coordination.
• Support event collateral and on-site readiness.
• Assist in designing and coordinating updates to marketing collateral.
• Ensure materials follow approved templates and brand direction.
• Manage local printing requests and vendor relationships as needed.
• Assist with building and organizing content inputs for customer communications.
• Maintain marketing files and track requests and deadlines.
