Job summary

Insight is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage all aspects of assigned company and partner events, ensuring on-time delivery and budget alignment while coordinating with stakeholders. The role offers fully remote work and collaboration across business units.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience coordinating marketing events, conferences, and client-facing activities; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with coordinating marketing events, conferences, client-facing events, incentive travel.
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university preferred; or related marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Outline and manage event timelines and milestones.
• Meet with key event stakeholders to understand goals and objectives as well as budget.
• Submit creative requests related to event needs and provide updates for creative teams to design, write or create needs.
• Review, negotiate and coordinate signing of event related contracts.
