Job summary

FHLBank Chicago is seeking a long-term intern to join the Marketing and Events team. The role offers full-time summer work and part-time hours during the school year, with local Chicago office-based expectations.

You will work heavily with Cvent and Salesforce to create websites, apps, email campaigns, and journeys, and assist with planning conferences and client dinners. The position requires Sophomore status, a 3.0 GPA, MS Office proficiency, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Applicants should be at least Sophomore status at an accredited four year institution.
• GPA of at least 3.0 and in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end event planning and coordination for conferences, client dinners, and corporate events.
• Support events including conferences, regional meetings, trade association events, corporate events, product education and other forums, and webinars.
• Assist in Marketing strategy for the department using Cvent, Attendee Hub, and Salesforce (Marketing and Sales Cloud).
• Occasional travel to support out-of-town client events and conferences.
