Job summary

Rocky Mountain Hot Tub Holdings is seeking a Marketing and Events Director to own marketing across 11 locations in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado and New Mexico. You will oversee a $1.75M annual budget, lead a small team, and drive brand, digital, events and lead generation initiatives to grow showroom traffic and spa sales.

The role requires energy to plan seasonal events, strong analytical discipline to measure ROI, and willingness to travel to stores, with remote work possible when not traveling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience in multi-location retail or big-ticket consumer products.
• Proven track record planning and executing high-volume sales events.
• Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, SEO and analytics.
• Experience managing budgets and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans across multiple brands and markets.
• Lead brand standards and integration of marketing for acquired businesses.
• Own and manage events from concept to post-event review and ROI.
• Oversee digital marketing, lead capture, attribution and reporting.
• Direct a small marketing team and manage an annual budget of approximately $1.75M.
