The role is part-time, mostly on-site, offering hands-on experience across campaigns, content creation, and donor/endowment activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, social media, or events.
• Proven ability to tell stories through writing, photography, and video.
• Strong communication, organization, and deadline management.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and basic design tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing & Events Manager in school-wide marketing plans.
• Maintain project calendars, timelines, and trackers.
• Coordinate campaign logistics and content approvals.
• Assist with materials for advancement, admissions, and events.
• Proofread materials and ensure brand consistency.
• Gather stories, photos, testimonials, and data for impact.
• Support email marketing, newsletters, and website updates.
• Maintain social media calendar and publish content.
• Create basic graphics and short videos; monitor engagement.
• Assist with photography and on-site event coverage.
• Organize digital assets and coordinate with printers/vendors.
• Provide on-site event support and post-event communications.
• Handle administrative tasks and vendor coordination.
