Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking an Assistant Marketing Coordinator to support planning, execution, and promotion of events and marketing initiatives. The role coordinates event logistics, maintains vendor relationships, manages marketing and reputation initiatives, and ensures accurate reporting and data management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1yr of Office Administration & Customer Service Experience
• At least 1yr of Marketing Experience, Preferably w/ Event Planning & Management
• Prior Experience with Computers & Office Equipment (i.e., Microsoft Office, Printer, & Scanner)
• Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Construction Industry is a Plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to physically move up to 15 pounds
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including venue management, vendor relationships, logistics, and event-day operations.
• Maintain event budgets, inventories, contracts, calendars, and related documentation.
• Manage event and customer data, ensuring accurate reporting and CRM administration.
• Support brand awareness through digital marketing initiatives, email campaigns, promotions, and community engagement.
• Monitor and enhance the company's online reputation through customer outreach and review management.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and business partners to support marketing and event objectives.
• Analyze marketing and event performance metrics and provide reporting to support business goals.
