Job summary

McClure Company in Pennsylvania is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, communications, business development, branding, and events. You will help with department operations, conferences, customer communications, proposal production, database management, and promotional materials.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, at least two years of related experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related marketing experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project trackers
• Track memberships, subscriptions, sponsorships, and renewal deadlines
• Support department documentation, invoices, purchase orders, administrative processes, registrations, and deadlines
• Arrange travel accommodations and logistics as needed
• Prepare event materials, attendee packets, promotional items, and presentation materials
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, contact lists, communications, and distribution management
• Assist with preparation and production of proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and customer-facing marketing materials
• Assist with website updates, social media posting, digital marketing initiatives, catering requests, and internal company events
• Other duties as assigned
