Job summary

McClure Company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the administration and execution of marketing, communications, business development, branding, and event initiatives. This role assists with department operations, conferences and events, customer communications, proposal production, database management, promotional materials, and departmental projects.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and at least 2 years of marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of related marketing experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project trackers.
• Track memberships, subscriptions, sponsorships, and renewal deadlines.
• Support department documentation, invoices, purchase orders, registrations, and deadlines.
• Arrange travel accommodations and logistics as needed.
• Prepare event materials, attendee packets, and presentation materials.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, contact lists, communications, and distribution management.
• Assist with preparation and production of proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and customer-facing marketing materials.
• Assist with website updates, social media posting, digital marketing initiatives, catering requests, and internal company events.
• Other duties as assigned.
