Responsibilities

• Support water-cooled chiller models and possibly air-cooled lines.
• Provide marketing support for new product development and sustaining products.
• Develop and maintain literature and promotional tools.
• Direct development or maintenance of sales or selection software.
• Perform marketing evaluations for distribution, customer needs, market trends, and ROI.
• Develop strategic information to guide the sales team on how to sell Daikin products.

The Marketing Engineer is responsible for identifying product opportunities and executing marketing strategies to win business. Works with the product manager to identify new product development opportunities to bring them to market. Serves as a technical and coordination lead for sustaining and new product development for the assigned product lines. Leverages feedback from the sales organization and customers to generate product specs and work with the engineering team to develop winning products. Collects and translates applicable information on competing products in the market as well as industry trends to create collateral that will assist in product positioning. The typical annual base salary for a Marketing Engineer III position ranges from $90,400-$151,800 + 10% bonus in Virginia. The ranges displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls.
