Job summary

Foundation for California Community Colleges is seeking an Outreach and Engagement Coordinator for Enterprise & Procurement Services. This remote role, within California, requires up to 25% travel and residency in California.

What You’ll Do Since 1999, EPS has been a trusted partner in the procurement space, advocating for colleges and other educational institutions. Our mission is to harness the collective buying power of colleges, cities, counties, and school districts through our innovative CollegeBuys, AICCUBuys, CivicBuys, and SchoolBuys programs. We leverage our position within the California Community Colleges, as well as partnerships with other educational and public agencies, to secure institutional contracts, offering discounts of up to 85% on a broad spectrum of products and services.

The Outreach and Engagement Coordinator, Enterprise & Procurement Services supports the planning and execution of Enterprise & Procurement Services' marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement, and event initiatives. Working under the direction of the Strategic Operations Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, maintaining digital communications, executing department events, and ensuring consistent branding across EPS programs. The Coordinator works collaboratively with Communications, Technology Development, vendors, and internal staff to deliver high-quality engagement opportunities that increase awareness of EPS programs and services.

Attributes for Success

Relevant AA/AS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.

Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in marketing, communications, event planning, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, or related field. Experience in sales, marketing and/or event strategies is a plus.

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range: $25.00 - $26.44 Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
