Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Marketing Director for Risk & Compliance Software to lead the global marketing team and drive demand generation, product marketing and partner marketing across the portfolio.

Reporting to the VP Growth & Business Marketing, this leader translates technical capabilities into customer value, develops go-to-market strategies, and collaborates with sales, product and executive leadership to maximize top-line growth within ULTRUS software offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• MBA or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in marketing with at least 5 years leading teams.
• Software/tech marketing experience required.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translates technical product capabilities into customer value.
• Develops product marketing strategies and end-to-end go-to-market plans.
• Drives demand generation, advertising and campaigns across channels.
• Crafts product messages for landing pages, ads and collateral.
• Collaborates with sales, product and executives to enable growth.
• Leads a global team of marketing managers and senior managers.
