Salary: $100,000 to $110,000, DOE
Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer
Position Summary
The Museum of the Bible’s Marketing Department supports the core museum activities, events, attractions, and development efforts. This role focuses on fundraising strategies and campaigns, working closely with marketing and development leadership to meet organizational KPIs such as increasing brand awareness, attendance, and fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Fundraising Strategy Development: Lead marketing liaison to develop and implement fundraising plans, including annual giving, major gifts, and planned giving initiatives.
- Marketing Campaign Management: Oversee and coordinate marketing efforts across channels to promote fundraising and engage donors.
- Donor Relationship Management: Support donor engagement through targeted marketing materials and personalized communications.
- Fundraising Events: Collaborate on the planning and marketing of events like galas and exhibit openings.
- Communication and Outreach: Manage communication strategies to raise awareness and engage donors via newsletters, reports, and social media.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign data to inform strategies and improve performance.
- Team Leadership and Management: Build and lead a team of marketing and fundraising professionals, fostering collaboration across departments.
- Budget Management: Develop and oversee the fundraising and marketing budgets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of related experience, including NGO/philanthropy
- Proven success in fundraising strategy and campaign execution
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technologically savvy with analytical skills
- Experience in diverse marketing disciplines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Museum or attraction experience is a plus
