Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Director of Marketing for our Midtown, New York-based global law firm client. The incumbent will partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to lead the Marketing team and provide strategic direction across firm-wide and practice-specific efforts.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with priorities, managing technology infrastructure for content marketing, CRM, SEO, and website initiatives, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred is a plus.
• 8–10 years of marketing experience in professional services.
• Direct management experience in team leadership and performance feedback.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align marketing with firm priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy aligning with firm priorities and practice areas.
• Oversee technology infrastructure for content marketing, CRM, and digital campaigns.
• Develop firm-wide and practice-specific marketing plans and metrics.
• Manage design team to support brand and communications objectives.
• Mentor and develop marketing staff to meet objectives.
