Job summary

Meadowview Assisted Living Center in Smithfield, NC is seeking a Marketing Director to manage the customer flow, admissions, and marketing program for the community.

You will lead referrals, payer satisfaction, and census goals, with frequent engagement away from the facility in hospitals to secure referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have an unrestricted driver's license.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including referral software and electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community.
• Ensure strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of census and profitability.
• The Marketing Director will primarily and regularly be engaged away from the communication location in hospitals engaging in sales and marketing efforts to secure referrals to the community.
