Position Overview: The Marketing Director will drive strategic marketing initiatives, lead brand management, and foster innovation to ensure Alamance Foods remains at the forefront of the CPG industry. This role demands a creative and analytical leader with a proven track record of success in marketing within the CPG space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
    • Lead market research efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Brand Management:
    • Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand equity.
    • Manage product positioning, messaging, and packaging to resonate with target audiences.
    • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Marketing Campaigns:
    • Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media platforms.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI.
    • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Innovation and Product Development:
    • Collaborate with product development teams to launch new products and line extensions.
