Job summary

Scenic Living Communities in Iowa Falls is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead all marketing, sales, PR and community outreach efforts. You will promote services, increase occupancy and manage the inquiry and admissions process.

Responsibilities include lead management, campaigns, events, referral partnerships, and maintaining an active online presence. The ideal candidate has a marketing degree and 1–2 years in marketing, preferably in senior living, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience; senior living/healthcare knowledge preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing, sales, PR and community outreach initiatives.
• Plan, develop and oversee marketing campaigns and events.
• Manage tours for independent living and assisted living.
• Oversee the inquiry and admissions process.

Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Director of Marketing to join our team! The Director of Marketing is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and overseeing all marketing, sales, public relations, and community outreach activities for Scenic Living Communities. This position is responsible for promoting the organization’s services, enhancing the community’s reputation, increasing occupancy and census growth, and managing the inquiry and admissions process.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for lead management, maintain a lead database and records of contacts
• Drive census growth through strategic marketing initiatives and business development activities
• Responsible for tours in independent living and assisted living, and skilled nursing as needed; managing the inquiry process and ensure effective communication
• Demonstrate the ability to close sales to successfully convert inquiries into admissions
• Manage Scenic Living Communities' website, social media platforms and online presence
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events designed to attract prospective residents and families
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations and business partners
• Develop and manage marketing and promotional materials
• Have a strong understanding of the local market for senior care options and maintain a competitive analysis
• Promote Scenic Living Communities through networking events, community outreach and public relations activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing and knowledge of senior living services or healthcare preferred
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have a good driving record

• Proficiency in social media, digital marketing and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, networking and relationship building ability
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Financial management and stewardship of resources.
