University of Michigan-Flint School of Management seeks a Marketing & Digital Communication Manager to lead strategic communication and marketing for campus audiences. The role focuses on branded content across digital, print, video, and social media to boost enrollment and retention.
The position collaborates with the director and assistant director, coordinating editorial and campaign efforts for maximum impact.
Reporting to the Director of the Office of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing & Digital Communication Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in developing a strategic approach to communication and marketing for the university's constituency groups and target audiences. Using a comprehensive, dynamic approach, the successful candidate will enhance awareness and shape positive perceptions of UM-Flint to external and internal audiences to increase new student enrollment and current student retention rates. The content produced will be stewarded in collaboration with the director and assistant director. It will include compelling branded content for a variety of communications channels, including digital, print, video, and social media.
