Valet Living is searching for a detail-obsessed, systems-savvy Marketing & Digital Asset Coordinator to keep our brand materials sharp, searchable, and ready to launch. Reporting to the Creative Director of Marketing, this role is the organizational engine behind our campaigns, managing our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, keeping print and digital files on point, and helping our team move projects from idea to execution. Compensation & Work Environment Details
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000
- Bonus Target: 6% of annual salary
- Location: Remote - United States
What You’ll Do
Own Our Digital Asset Ecosystem
- Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform and storefront, ensuring materials like flyers, presentations, logos, images, and swag are updated, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Upload, organize, archive, and tag assets using consistent naming conventions and keyword strategies that make finding things a breeze.
- Proof every detail and confirm that assets meet brand and marketing guidelines before they’re published or printed.
- Coordinate with vendors for print and electronic material production.
- Partner with Revenue Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Creative to prioritize asset needs and maximize reuse across campaigns.
- Support marketing collateral translations and maintain the inventory of physical promotional materials.
- Provide internal support to platform users and lead troubleshooting with IT partners as needed.
- Track and report asset usage to inform future decisions and optimizations.
Traffic & Project Management
- Serve as the go-to person for the Marketing & Creative request inbox, triaging, assigning, and tracking projects using our PM system (Wrike).
- Monitor timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and communicate proactively with stakeholders and vendors.
- Help keep integrated campaigns on track and visible by maintaining calendars and status dashboards.
- Promote new marketing materials and projects through internal communications.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows, optimize requests, and streamline project reporting.
- Support planning and prep for internal marketing meetings or presentations.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital asset management, or production support.
- Experience working in a collaborative team and managing multiple projects or requests at once.
- Familiarity with DAM platforms and project management tools like Wrike, Airtable, or Monday.com preferred.
Skills & Strengths
- Unmatched organizational skills and microscopic attention to detail.
- A natural project finisher who loves seeing things through to completion.
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (especially Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint/OneDrive.
- Ability to navigate WordPress or make minor site updates is a plus.
- Strong communicator: clear, concise, and responsive.
- Curious, collaborative, and service-minded; ready to help the team win.

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
