About the role

As a Marketing Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth by nurturing opportunities for Insight’s sales team. We will count on you to conduct inbound and outbound outreach (e.g. emails, phone calls and LinkedIn messaging) to reach prospective customers in specified GTM segments. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Conduct research using Marketing Technology tools to identify potential leads and target markets for business development opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, identified through methods such as marketing programs, intent data and sales collaboration.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their fit with our products or services.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts and prospects and develop and execute lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities in Salesforce (CRM).

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects and build relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage time and priorities.
