Opstream is seeking a Marketing Designer to develop and execute design projects that elevate our brand and communicate our story with clarity and impact. You’ll work with marketing, product, and sales to produce high-quality materials supporting go-to-market campaigns and driving engagement.

As a designer, you’ll craft sales enablement assets, social content, landing pages, and email campaigns while maintaining a cohesive brand system. This role is remote with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or digital design (B2B SaaS or tech startup experience is a plus).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and digital execution (web, social, sales materials).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Webflow.
• Understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and web best practices.
• Ability to balance speed and quality—delivering polished work under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Design visually compelling sales enablement materials — one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and whitepapers.
• Create social media content and digital assets aligned with Opstream’s visual identity and brand voice.
• Design landing pages, email campaigns, and digital experiences that convert and communicate complex ideas simply.
• Fluency in WordPress — confident in creating landing pages, updating content, and managing plugins and themes.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to maintain a consistent brand system across all touchpoints.
• Translate briefs into creative concepts that feel modern, enterprise-ready, and on-brand.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
