Job summary

TruStage is seeking a Marketing Design Associate to bring Filene’s ideas and brand to life through high-quality visual design. You’ll develop digital and print assets for publications, campaigns and events, with growing emphasis on digital experiences and UX/UI.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital media or related field.
• 1+ years of professional, internship, freelance or comparable design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design fundamentals and idea communication.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience designing presentations and working with PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Familiarity with digital and responsive design including UX/UI.
• Strong typography, layout and information design with attention to detail.
• Travel up to 5% to fulfill role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual assets across digital and print channels for research publications, presentations, campaigns and more.
• Translate complex concepts into clear visual communications for executives and industry audiences.
• Develop templates and presentation materials to ensure consistent branding.
• Support event visuals with graphics, signage and digital assets.
• Contribute to a growing focus on digital experience and UX/UI, in collaboration with marketing and tech partners.
• Manage multiple design assignments, meeting deadlines and coordinating with vendors when needed.
• Maintain organized design files and stay current with design trends and tools.
