Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Digital marketing agency experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaign design and production.
• Experience designing across paid social, display, email, landing pages, web.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital marketing creative across paid social, display advertising, websites, landing pages, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Produce production design assets in multiple formats, sizes, and specifications for web, social, email, and advertising platforms.
• Create digital advertisements optimized for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and display networks.
• Develop lightweight motion graphics, animated ads, and motion-based creative to improve performance.
• Design responsive digital experiences that are visually compelling and user-friendly.
• Translate briefs and strategies into visual solutions supporting measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, developers, account managers, and designers throughout the process.
• Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards and remains consistent across channels.
• Prepare production-ready files meeting technical specs for development, email, and print.
• Perform quality assurance on all deliverables for accuracy and consistency.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Organize and maintain design files, libraries, templates, and systems.
• Stay current on design trends, platforms, animation, AI tools, and best practices.
• Contribute ideas to improve creative quality and team workflows.
