Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 1+ year professional design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and communication across formats.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience designing presentations with PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with digital and responsive design, UX/UI.
• Strong typography, layout, information design, and attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player and able to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual assets across digital and print channels.
• Translate complex concepts into clear visual communications for executives.
• Adapt presentation materials and templates for consistent brand communication.
• Support Filene events with graphics and signage.
• Uphold brand standards while contributing new ideas.
• Support website and UX/UI improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional partners to meet objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors for production-ready files.
• Stay current on design trends and tools.
• Incorporate feedback and develop design skills.
