This role combines digital marketing, content creation, paid advertising, direct mail, and lead generation. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, comfortable working independently, and focused on generating measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and direct-mail channels
• Create, launch, and optimize Facebook and LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns
• Create social media posts, blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns
• Create, prepare, and manage direct-mail campaigns, including printing, packaging, and mailing coordination
• Design brochures, postcards, mailers, and other promotional materials
• Create and publish campaign landing pages
• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules
• Update website content and promotional materials
• Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and results
• Maintain CRM marketing lists and lead tracking
• Support website SEO, GEO, and AI search visibility
• Work closely with sales to develop and optimize campaigns focused on generating qualified leads and first-time appointments
• Test new marketing ideas, messaging, offers, and channels

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Hands-on experience personally creating, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns in Meta, LinkedIn, Google, or similar advertising platforms
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
• Experience with website editing and landing pages
• Working knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics
• Ability to develop creative marketing ideas and test new approaches
• Understanding of how marketing supports lead generation and sales
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required for occasional local marketing errands

This is a full-time, fully in-person position in Cranbury, New Jersey.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing and wants ownership of campaigns from idea through execution and measurement.
