You will oversee data science and analytics programs, manage large data sets, develop forecasting models, and present insights to executives.

As a people leader you’ll mentor professionals, foster collaboration across functions, and shape analytics direction to improve consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field plus 6+ years of experience.
• 5+ years in leadership guiding teams on analytics initiatives.
• Experience turning large structured/unstructured data into insights.
• Strong ability to translate analytics to business leaders.
• Healthcare or managed care exp preferred.
