Job summary

Colling Media is seeking a Data & Reporting Specialist to manage and evolve our data infrastructure. You will support reporting, dashboard development, data modeling, tracking, and data quality across the organization, with a focus on creating trustworthy insights.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, can work under pressure, and will translate business questions into concrete SQL queries and dashboards. Hybrid schedule in Phoenix, with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 3–5 years building dashboards and reporting in a business environment.
• Experience with dashboarding or BI tools.
• Strong data visualization skills.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requests into practical reporting solutions.
• Experience with messy or incomplete datasets.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports in Looker Studio.
• Build and maintain data models that support reporting across multiple data sources.
• Write complex SQL queries to transform and structure data for reporting and analysis.
• Translate stakeholder ideas into technical reporting solutions.
• Create new dashboards and reporting solutions based on evolving business needs.
• Manage and improve data ingestion pipelines across multiple sources.
• Support and maintain the data warehouse and reporting infrastructure.
• Lead onboarding from a reporting perspective for new clients.
• Assist analytics and tracking implementation (GA4, GTM, conversion tracking) as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve tracking, attribution, and reporting issues.
• Navigate ad platforms to troubleshoot conversion discrepancies.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on data challenges.
• Learn and adapt to new platforms and data sources as needed.
