Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data management, analytics, or similar, preferably in a marketing environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis; comfortable with Python.
• Experience with data platforms like Databricks/Snowflake and analytics tools like Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Responsibilities

• Audience Targeting: Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies using SQL and data manipulation for targeted campaigns.
• Data Governance and Management: Understand data quality and flow processes, identify solutions to enhance data usability.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure marketing data practices comply with GDPR and CCPA.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with IT and engineering to integrate data from various sources into the CDP.
• Analytics and Reporting: Design and execute analyses, provide stakeholders with reports on marketing performance.
