At First Mid, base salary is one component of our Total Rewards program. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as education, skills, internal equity, and experience. This position offers additional compensation in the form of discretionary short‑term incentives (i.e. bonus, incentives, and/or commission). This is a key member of the marketing team’s business strategy and works closely with the CMO and Marketing Strategy roles. Entrusted with deriving actionable insights and recommendations from multiple data sources, the specialist supports strategic goals through data management, reporting, analysis, customer intelligence, segmentation, targeting, demographics and other business analytics. Owns reporting and analysis for defined business areas. Translates data into insights, identifies performance trends, and partners with Strategy and CRM to support planning and optimization. Prefers to lead enterprise‑level analytics, performance measurement, and insight generation. Shapes KPI frameworks, partners with senior leaders, and drives data‑informed decision making across Marketing and the business.
