Job summary

Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform helping mid-market and enterprise teams maximize value from their marketing data. You will own client delivery end-to-end, design dashboards, ensure data quality, and work with multi-source architectures across Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.

You will also transform data with dbt, write optimized SQL, and present insights to clients. This role emphasizes reliability, ownership, and proactive communication in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Data Analyst with marketing data
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one BI platform (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in data modelling (dbt preferred)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (advanced level)
• Experience with Git
• English C1 level with client-facing role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and driving clarity with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency with AI tools and learning new ways of working

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker, Power BI, and Tableau
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries
• Manage and enhance data transformations with dbt
• Support clients by translating requirements into data solutions
• Conduct QA/UAT to ensure data accuracy
• Use Git for version control and collaboration
• Identify opportunities, trends, or risks in marketing data and communicate findings
• Leverage AI tools to be more productive
