We are seeking an Analyst, Data Processing Ops, to join our Data Operations team. Our ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, possesses sharp analytical skills, is proficient in various cutting-edge toolsets, and excels in communicating with internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for performing Merge/Purge process functions including data hygiene, data merge/purge, campaign reporting, instruction review/implementation and panel splits. This role works with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Account Management, Marketing Analytics, and Data Processing Operations.
Responsibilities for this opportunity include, but are not limited to
- Navigate to internal and external client file portals.
- Run and edit data hygiene processes include address standardization, NCOA , and suppressions including DMA Pander. Deceased, Prison.
- Review campaign level instructions and edit processes within software systems.
- Process Merge/Purge functions using fuzzy matching algorithms and prioritization rules to identify and remove duplicates at the desired match level.
- Segment and prepare campaign level data for output according to client specifications (e.g., splits, nth selection, coding).
- Create and calculate fields such as scanline, check digit, finder numbers, etc.
- Produce counts and delivery extracts from Adstra products and managed client databases.
- Perform and ensure compliance with established QA processes.
- Deliver data extracts to clients or third-party vendors for further processing.
- Internal Client Interaction - provide full support to colleagues from other areas in the company, specifically Sales, Product, and Account Management.
- Track and document campaign status is project management systems.
- Ability to facilitate multiple campaigns, ensuring client deadlines are met.
- Identify areas of improvement within data operation procedures and execution.

- Proven experience running, adjusting data processes to meet client needs.
- Passion for data-driven solutions with a strong analytical mindset.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in relational databases, ETL tools, data conversion, and file transfer protocols.
- Experience with tools like Alteryx, Redpoint, First Logic is a plus.
- Knowledge of Linux a plus.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexible and responsive to multiple urgent requests.
- Familiarity with industry procedures, practices, and terminology.
- Analytical and results driven with extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong communicator with the ability to tell the story behind the data.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a “Team Player” attitude
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in data management, data delivery, or a related field.
