Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Manager, Marketing Copy to join our Copy team and help bring our brand voice to life across every customer touchpoint.

This role writes and oversees assets—from long- and short-form video scripts to direct mail and blogs—while serving as a subject matter expert on Floor & Decor's tone and voice. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content & Copy, you will collaborate with Content Strategy, Design, Brand Marketing, and Pro Marketing to craft strategic,

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing-related field.
• 5–8 years in content creation/copywriting on an in-house team or agency.
• Portfolio showing range across formats (video scripts, digital ads, web pages, catalogs, blogs).

Responsabilidades

• Write and edit marketing copy for video scripts, ads, signage, pages, and catalogs.
• Maintain and evolve brand voice across channels.
• Partner with Content Strategy, Design, Brand Marketing, and Pro Marketing teams to set copy strategy.
• Own loyalty program messaging to drive enrollment and retention.
• Mentor juniors and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
