Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Manager, Marketing Copy to elevate our brand voice across video scripts, ads, signage, landing pages, emails, catalogs and blogs.

You will partner with Content Strategy, Design, Brand Marketing, and Pro Marketing to shape voice and drive engagement. The ideal candidate has a 5–8 year track record in in-house or agency content creation, a Bachelor's in marketing or related field, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in content creation/copywriting on an in-house team or agency.
• Demonstrated ability to write engaging, strategic, conversion-driven copy across multiple channels.
• Experience writing for loyalty programs and retail environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit marketing copy across long- and short-form video scripts, digital ads, in-store signage, landing pages, OOH, direct mail, email, SMS, catalogs, and blogs.
• Serve as brand voice expert and partner with Content Strategy, Design, Brand Marketing, and Pro Marketing teams.
• Own copy for loyalty program communications and measure impact with stakeholders.
