Job summary

Nichiha is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Johns Creek to support promotional programs, samples, and a busy annual trade show schedule. You will coordinate materials, events, and vendor relations to boost brand perception and lead generation.

The role requires strong organization, proactive collaboration across departments, and meticulous execution of customer-facing initiatives. Prior experience in marketing and events is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years in marketing, event coordination, or related role, preferably within a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Promotional and Sample Management: Oversee the organization and distribution of promotional materials and product samples, ensuring they are high quality and aligned with market needs.
• Trade Show Coordination: Manage a large annual schedule of trade shows and events, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, vendors and internal teams to plan booth needs and materials.
• Travel is not required for every trade show; however, support at scheduled events may be needed.
• Operational Oversight: Manage inventory for promotional merchandise, ensure budget adherence and planning for events.
• Administrative and Reporting: Handle invoice reconciliation, expense tracking, and bi-weekly department expense reports.
