Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications or content production.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Exposure to demand generation or lead-focused marketing and campaigns.
• Experience creating visual content with Canva or similar tools.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and publishing tools.
• Interest in the commercial side of marketing and lead lifecycle.
• Strong written communication and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Visual Content Production: create on-brand assets for social, decks and promos using Canva AI.
• Campaign Production Support: assist landing pages, forms, emails, and promos with a clear lead path.
• Social Media Execution: schedule posts, generate graphics, and craft short-form videos.
• Event & Webinar Support: manage registration, assets, and post-event follow-up.
• Lead & Data Hygiene: HubSpot data entry, list building, contact maintenance.
• Administrative Support: maintain marketing calendar and project tasks.
• Reporting Support: compile campaign and event metrics for performance reviews.
