Job summary

Newfire Global Partners is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive revenue-generating campaigns through precise scheduling, creative production support and logistical coordination. The role sits at the intersection of content, design and marketing operations, leveraging AI-powered tools to sustain high-volume output across social media and events.

The position supports demand generation activities, collaborates with design and analytics teams, and aims to convert interest into qualified leads

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a B2B marketing, communications, or content production role.
• Experience managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
• Exposure to demand generation or lead-focused marketing and knowledge of campaign assets.
• Hands-on experience creating visual content using design tools like Canva or similar.
• Comfort with social media scheduling/publishing and LinkedIn best practices.

Responsibilities

• Visual Content Production: Create on-brand visuals for social graphics, decks and promos using Canva AI.
• Campaign Production Support: Assist landing pages, forms, emails and promo assets for campaigns.
• Social Media Execution: Schedule posts, generate AI-assisted graphics and short-form videos.
• Event & Webinar Support: Coordinate registrations and post-event follow-ups for leads.
• Lead & Data Hygiene: Help with HubSpot data entry and contact maintenance.
• Administrative Support: Maintain marketing calendar and project tasks.
• Reporting Support: Compile campaign and event performance data for reporting.
