Job summary

Resultant is a data and AI consulting firm delivering outcomes for public sector, commercial, and private equity clients. We seek a Marketing Coordinator to keep day‑to‑day work moving across channels, campaigns, content, events, and marketing operations.

This remote role supports the Indianapolis and Chicago markets, providing access to clients, events, and team gatherings as needed. You will support publish/update tasks, asset loading in HubSpot, and campaign analytics while collaborating

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience or internship experience with meaningful hands‑on work and demonstrated output.
• Comfortable using AI as part of day‑to‑day work; curious about how AI can improve work, automate tasks, and speed learning.
• Strong writing skills with ability to draft posts, emails, or pages that require minimal editing.

Responsibilities

• Web and content operations: Publish and update WordPress pages and support the transition to the new site.
• Load and maintain finished content in HubSpot and our internal content hub for easy access by sales and delivery teams.
• Keep marketing content organized, current, and accessible.
