Job summary

Samyang America, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support daily marketing activities and operational tasks.

The ideal candidate will assist the team in coordinating samples, managing documentation, and handling administrative processes to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or marketing support experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage sample orders via SAP, ensuring accurate processing and delivery tracking.
• Submit and obtain approvals for expedited shipping requests as needed.
• Handle sample packaging and shipment to prospective partners (new channels, agencies, accounts).
• Support vendor registration process for new channels and business partners.
• Process and submit payment requests in accordance with internal procedures.
• Organize and maintain documentation, including contracts, NDAs, and invoices.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials.
• Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics coordination as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day marketing activities.
