Job summary

Merrick & Company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator II to support the marketing and communications team. You will develop and maintain content, coordinate conference participation, and assist with daily marketing operations, collaborating with technical staff and multiple marketing teams.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and within a team. Local candidates in the United States are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing, communications, or project coordination experience.
• Strong written, verbal, listening, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project descriptions, personnel information, overview content, boilerplate language, and other reusable marketing content within aec360 and related marketing systems.
• Coordinate conference logistics, exhibits, speaker submissions, and industry award submissions.
• Maintain marketing resource libraries, templates, collateral, and shared files.
• Support social media with post scheduling, content organization, and conference-related promotion.
• Apply Merrick brand standards and assist with proofreading and production of marketing materials.
