Job summary

Electromed in New Prague, MN is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of marketing initiatives. You will work with the Marketing Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist to keep workflows organized and on-brand in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

The role requires 3+ years in marketing coordination or related fields, strong project management and communication skills, and familiarity with print production, Salesforce/Asana, and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound marketing project requests, clarify project requirements and timelines.
• Drive the editorial calendar, project trackers and status reports for cross-functional visibility.
• Coordinate inputs, copy readiness, reviews, print production, and final material delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews including compliance signoffs.
• Manage relationships with printers and external marketing partners from estimate to delivery.
• Maintain print and digital asset libraries with proper version control.
• Develop recurring marketing reports, dashboards and post-program analyses.
• Support day-to-day and month-end marketing activities and reporting needs.
• Identify improvements to workflows, templates and tools to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to support growth goals.
