Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an in-person marketing specialist to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts.

You will schedule guests to meet with a representative for a presentation and act as a positive brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, qualifying prospects, and coordinating sales-tour reservations, with a focus on maintaining company standards and ongoing marketing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred but not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
• Coordinate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets.
• Greet and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers per company guidelines.
• Schedule sales-tour reservations and collect deposits.
• Attend training sessions and keep up with marketing information.
