Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing professional to engage prospective and current owners at our resort properties. You will schedule guests to meet with a sales representative for a presentation and act as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.

The role requires strong communication, a HS diploma, and comfort with MS Excel/Word and general computer use. Compensation starts at $17.13 per hour during training with potential incentive earnings ranging based on performance.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled trainings and meetings; stay current on marketing materials and industry trends.
