Job summary

HDR is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Honolulu, Hawaii to support pursuit teams, monitor solicitation statuses, and manage marketing materials. The role involves coordinating client relationships, dashboards, and content creation across digital channels.

You will help plan conferences, develop growth initiatives, and contribute to HDR’s brand across internal and external communications. A strong Proficiency in MS Office and InDesign is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
• Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit teams with persuasive proposals and interviews.
• Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status.
• Prepare proposal and presentation materials.
• Support client relationship management and reporting dashboards.
• Maintain project and resume data in business development systems.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, events, and sponsorships.
• Develop and implement digital content and social media campaigns.
• Support internal communications and large meetings.
• Organize branded materials for client visits and recruiting.
