Job summary

Hospitality Health ER in Texas seeks a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead community outreach, events, and brand storytelling with a hospitality-first approach. You will partner with local groups, manage social initiatives, and support patient-facing experiences at our Longview/Tyler locations.

Strong communication, organization, and event planning skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel locally and attend events outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience with strong community engagement.
• Demonstrated creativity in campaigns and events.
• Excellent time management and event planning abilities; availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Integrity with use of company funds and assets.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and attend community outreach events and fundraisers.
• Build relationships with local referral sources and community groups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on internal events and social media.
• Represent the HHER brand at chamber meetings and networking events.
• Coordinate branded marketing materials and promo items.
• Maintain inventory and ensure smooth event setup.
• Lead day-to-day marketing calendar for the Longview location.
• Serve as a brand ambassador at touchpoints and assist patients and families.
