• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and attend community outreach events, school partnerships, and fundraisers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key community groups and referral sources.

• Coordinate branded giveaways and marketing items.
• Lead the day-to-day execution of the marketing calendar for the Longview location.

Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator

• Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will:
• Plan, organize, and attend community outreach events, school partnerships, and fundraisers
• Build and maintain relationships with key community groups and referral sources
• Collaborate with the marketing team to manage internal events and social media initiatives
• Represent the HHER brand at local Chamber meetings and networking events
• Coordinate branded giveaways, marketing items, and promo materials
• Keep inventory of marketing supplies and ensure seamless event preparation and setup
• Lead the day-to-day execution of the marketing calendar for the Longview location
• Serve as an enthusiastic brand ambassador at every touchpoint
• Create and decorate tablescapes, booths, and tents for internal and external events
• Provide in-person customer service support inside the ER, helping create a welcoming and comforting experience for patients and families
