Innovative Systems, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop, coordinate, execute, and report on marketing events and campaigns across industries and international markets.

This hybrid role is based at our World Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA, with a minimum of two days in the office and potential for more during onboarding. You will coordinate events and campaigns, communicate with vendors and stakeholders, provide regular campaign reporting, manage data and Wix site updates, and

Qualifications

• University degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Detail-oriented with consistent output quality.
• Proactive, good written communication, and deadline-driven.
• Collaborative team player with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing events, campaigns, and trade shows including logistics.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting on email, advertising, and social campaigns.
• Track and guide marketing to production; maintain project calendar.
• Update Wix pages and manage marketing automation tasks.
• Track marketing spend and help calculate ROI.
• Support sales teams with marketing activities and collateral.
