Innovative Systems, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop, coordinate, execute, and report on marketing events and campaigns across industries and international markets.

This hybrid role is based at our World Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA, with a minimum of two days in the office and potential for more during onboarding. You will coordinate events and campaigns, communicate with vendors and stakeholders, provide regular campaign reporting, manage data and Wix site updates, and

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing events, campaigns, and trade shows including logistics.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting on email, advertising, and social campaigns.
• Track and guide marketing to production; maintain project calendar.
• Update Wix pages and manage marketing automation tasks.
• Track marketing spend and help calculate ROI.
• Support sales teams with marketing activities and collateral.

Job description

Innovative Systems/FinScan®, a leading global provider of SaaS, software data management and risk and compliance solutions since 1968, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to develop, coordinate, execute and report on marketing events and campaigns across industries and international markets.

Location/Work Environment: This is a hybrid position based at our World Headquarters Office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You will be expected to be in the Pittsburgh office a minimum of 2 days per week (and you may be required more days in office during your initial training and onboarding).

What you will be doing

• Participate in and coordinate marketing events, campaigns, and trade shows including scheduling, shipping, setup, printing, and other logistical details
• Communicate with vendors, event coordinators and internal stakeholders ensuring all parties are aligned and updated
• Provide regular reporting on email, advertising, social media campaigns
• Track, monitor, and guide jobs from marketing through to production
• Clean spreadsheets for data import
• Maintain and update the project management calendar
• Participate in team campaign brainstorms
• Keep sales teams channel updated on marketing activities, such as new collateral, events, webinars, press releases, PR content, etc.
• Update pages on Wix sites
• Assist company teams as needed
• Work in our marketing automation system to set up emails, create lists and other tasks
• Track marketing spend for campaigns, events, and trade shows and provide information to marketing leader to help calculate our ROI
• Post on our LinkedIn pages
• Additional responsibilities as needed

You will be

• A university graduate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Detail-oriented and consistent in your work effort and the quality of your output
• Take a proactive approach to all that you do
• Excellent in communicating with others and in conveying your thoughts in writing
• Results oriented with proven success in meeting deadlines
• Collaborative by nature; a team-player who enjoys being part of the success of the whole
• Self-motivated and well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Good at judgment, decision-making and problem-solving
• Able to readily identify issues, requirements, and opportunities for improvement

It’s a plus if you have

• Experience with email marketing software, Asana or other project management tools, MS Office, Google Analytics, Wix, Canva, AI tools
